General TOS ✮

by commissioning me or bidding and/or buying my adoptables, you agree to all of the terms below:

✮ I sometimes livestream my commission work. Please let me know if you’d like the work to be private (+fee)
✮ You can cancel the commission at any stage before lineart, but by doing so (or by unagreed chargeback, not paying and ghosting etc) you agree that I am allowed to use the scrap as a YCH, sale, etc or for other purposes. I do not offer refunds for canceling!
✮ The commission request can be declined if I am uncomfortable or feel like I may not deliver the commission well enough. I am allowed to refuse, with or without reason.
✮ Refunds can only be given if I am unable to finish the commission. Otherwise, no refund will be given, no matter the reason.
✮ Payment is via Kofi or cashapp. Full payment either upfront, or at approval of the sketch. For skeb style: upfront only.
✮ Deadline may vary depending on the request, I ask you to be patient with me. It can take me between 1 day-3 weeks to complete, though it may vary depending on the art type, and can be more or less. I mostly work on commissions during my weekend (mon/tues +thurs) so there is slow progress, please don't ask for updates every few hours or rush me unless I haven't sent you anything for a week! If anything ever happens where I won't be able to update you, I will let you know as soon as I can! if skeb style there are no updates until after max tbd deadline!
